The Résidences La Borne were set up by the ACLB (Association céramique La Borne), which is the privileged artistic partner. The Résidences La Borne are supported by the Communauté de Communes Terres du Haut Berry, the Direction régionale des affaires culturelles Centre-Val de Loire, the Région Centre-Val de Loire and the Département du Cher. The Résidences La Borne are supported by the CCCLB (Centre céramique contemporaine La Borne), which is run by the Communauté de communes Terres du Haut Berry.
The CCCLB and the ACLB de La Borne have decided to partner with C14-PARIS for the year 2020 as part of their Résidence-Tremplin "wood-fired kilns". An extraordinary experience that will greatly stimulate the imagination of contemporary ceramists as they explore new textures, colors and dimensions for their current projects.

The jury, composed of Nathalie Mestre(Vice-President of the Communauté de communes Terres du Haut-Berry) of Charlotte Poulsen (Vice-President of the La Borne Ceramic Association), from Tiphanie Dragaut-Lupescu (Artistic and Cultural Manager of the Centre Céramique Contemporaine la Borne, Coordinator of cultural and tourist development for the region), from Laurence Crespin (President of C14-Paris) and Frédéric Bodet(Vice-Chairman of C14-Paris, exhibition curator) held a special meeting on Friday, October 22, 2021 at La Borne, to set up the "Carte blanche à C14-Paris" exhibition and decide on this year's winner (chosen from the Salon 2021 selection, whose catalog can be viewed on the website). online here on the), and this year rewarded not one, but two winners: Cyril Chartier-Poyet and Christine Coste.
