Call for entries

Applications from May 15 to June 30, 2026. Open to French-speaking candidates from the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec

The Presses Universitaires du Septentrion (PUS), in collaboration with the C14 PARIS trade show and the Keramis center (BE), are launching a new collection devoted to scientific research into contemporary ceramics, and will be awarding a Thesis Prize.

Purpose: The aim of this prize is to encourage the emergence of scientific work on contemporary and current ceramics (1880 to the present day), whatever the native academic discipline, by supporting the publication of the prize-winner's thesis with the PUS (see attached arguments and regulations).

The jury will comprise 4 ex-officio members (Université de Picardie - Jules Verne and C14 PARIS) and advisory members (teacher-researchers, lecturers, university professors, curators).

- A letter of application addressed to the members of the jury;
- The doctoral thesis submitted to the jury ;
- The thesis defense report ;
- A sales pitch, a table of contents, a brief description of the work (size, number of images)
- A résumé of the candidate
