The choice and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/associationcentralp.fr\/cgv\/\"><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/entreprendre.service-public.fr\/vosdroits\/F33527\"><\/a>.<br>For digital versions, compatibility is specified on the product sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-4--commande\">Article 4 - Ordering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any order implies acceptance of the GCS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contractual information is presented in French and is confirmed when the order is validated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The association reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-5--prix-et-modalits-de-paiement\">Article 5 - Prices and payment terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are given in euros, inclusive of tax (TTC) or exclusive of tax, depending on the tax status of the association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment methods (credit card, cheque, bank transfer, etc.) are specified when the order is placed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is due at the time of order. Unpaid orders will not be honored.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.entreprises.cci-paris-idf.fr\/web\/reglementation\/developpement-entreprise\/droit-affaires\/conditions-generales-vente-entre-professionnels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalstart.fr\/fiches-pratiques\/relations-commerciales\/conditions-generales-vente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-6--livraison\">Article 6 - Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paper catalogs are sent to the address indicated at the time of order within the time indicated on the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital catalogs are delivered by download or online access, subject to effective payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery costs and any geographical limitations are specified before the order is validated.<a href=\"https:\/\/associationcentralp.fr\/cgv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-7--droit-de-rtractation\">Article 7 - Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the paper catalog to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties.<br>For digital products delivered after express agreement by the customer for immediate execution, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with current legislation.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalstart.fr\/fiches-pratiques\/relations-commerciales\/conditions-generales-vente\/\"><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalplace.fr\/guides\/cgv-obligatoires\/\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-8--garanties-lgales\">Article 8 - Legal warranties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a defect, the Customer must report the non-conformity within a reasonable period of time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-9--proprit-intellectuelle\">Article 9 - Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All catalogs, whether paper or digital, remain the intellectual property of the association and\/or its beneficiaries. Total or partial reproduction is strictly forbidden.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/lesenjeux.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr\/2024\/supplement-a\/08-le-livre-dart-numerique-chronique-dune-desillusion-programmee-le-cas-du-catalogue-dexposition-edward-hopper-dune-fenetre-a-lautre\/\"><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.culture.gouv.fr\/fr\/thematiques\/musees\/Les-musees-en-France\/les-collections-des-musees-de-france\/decouvrir-les-collections\/catalogues-en-ligne-de-collections-musees-de-france\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-10--protection-des-donnes-personnelles\">Article 10 - Protection of personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer's personal data collected at the time of the order is necessary for processing and managing the customer relationship. It is not transmitted to third parties unless required by law or with the customer's express authorization.<br>The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him\/her (in accordance with the French Data Protection Act).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-11--responsabilit\">Article 11 - Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The association cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure or events attributable to the customer (address error, computer incompatibility, etc.).<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/associationcentralp.fr\/cgv\/\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-12--rglement-des-litiges\">Article 12 - Settlement of disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the association for an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the association's head office, unless otherwise stipulated.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/associationcentralp.fr\/cgv\/\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"article-13--modification-des-cgv\">Article 13 - Modification of the GCS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The association reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
