Keramis
Its collections are made up of objects created in the workshops of the former Boch Frères earthenware factory, which operated between 1843 and 2008. The institution also has an important collection of works by contemporary ceramists, mainly Belgian and French. It hosts artists in residence and has a ceramics workshop with gas and electric kilns at the heart of the museum. In spring 2023, Keramis acquired a Girel 3 wood-fired kiln.E. The Résidence prize entitles the winning artist to a 50-day stay on site, with accommodation, technical support in the studio, and the materials and technical equipment needed to develop an artistic project. In most cases, the residency culminates in an exhibition with catalog.
