French-Canadian visual artist and ceramist Xavier Orssaud puts into image and space current issues raised by the environmental crisis and the socio-cultural upheavals it engenders. His work is a visual critique of this crisis and of human intervention in natural landscapes. The artist navigates between two sensitive worlds with opposing time scales: the organic and the mineral.
