Maïa Beyrouti

French-Palestinian artist Maia Beyrouti questions the identity of people and things.
When using ceramic materials, she asks herself "at what point does one thing become another? In 2007, in addition to her academic artistic training, she was attracted by the transformation of matter, and decided to take a ceramics course.
She is interested in the phenomena of accumulation, superimposition and collapse during transformation by fire. Recently, she found inspiration for her work at the Berlin Museum of Natural History.
