Fabien Clerc has many years' experience in the creation of cultural events, and is also involved in transmission as a teacher. He expresses himself logically in heterogeneous assemblages, with anachronisms and cultural syncretism, nourished by various residencies abroad, notably in Colombia and Haiti. Through the medium of ceramics, l questions geopolitical and decolonizing notions. l aims to resurrect knowledge and know-how about the dark, usually perpetuated by ancient, annihilated or marginalized communities.
