Antoine Moulinard's artistic universe is deliberately Kitsch. It's populated by popular representations of rejection. Mermaids, yetis, witches, chimeras and other monsters, often ostracized by mainstream thinking, are for the artist the pretext for a political parallel on how to be in the world when claiming to be queer. Aren't the tales in which these figures play a part outdated and full of prejudice?
